PENNY CASTLE

Specialising in dressage she has trained her own horses and coached many others to produce horses successfully to Grand Prix Dressage and to 4* level Eventing. Penny loves competition and is currently competing at Level 8 with BL About Time and GP with Magnus Spero. 

She also really enjoys coaching and is also currently the NZ Performance Director for the Eventing Squads in NZ which has been very rewarding as well as working with many other athlete and coaches around the country. Its about educating, continuously upping our standards and enjoying why we do it.

CHRISTEN LANE

Widely recognised as one of New Zealand’s top eventing talents, Christen has won many of the country’s major national titles and represented New Zealand internationally. She has what you would describe as a fairytail breeding program, with the foundation mare her 3* Allie Cat whom she rode to much success as a teenager. Christen is easy to spot out competing on her 3 beautiful horses that have inherited Allie's distinctive blonde mane and tails!

TRACY SMITH

Tracy Smith is a sought after coach and competes at Grand Prix on her self-produced star Don Diego DC. She currently has national and reverse titles through from Level 1 to 8 and produced many FEI small tour horses. She is a member of High Performance Dressage and recently represented New Zealand in Sydney with huge success, finishing top 8 at the Australian Nationals.

BEN THOMSON

Ben Thomson from Top Class Equestrian is no stranger to the showing world. He began his love for horses at 12 years old, competing in eventing, hunter jumping and showing before deciding showing was his true passion. He had many wins competing on ponies before moving onto hacks and riding for studs in his late teens. He now has his own show team, mounting up many big wins both led and ridden at national and hoy level in NZ and Australia, taking out this years NZ Supreme Champion Hack of the Year on his OTTB 'TC Artistry'
